Why is Cranium Plus Required?: Cranium Plus is the platform for our solutions. It was built to allow us to build rich solutions quicker and cheaper than traditional applications. This allows us to pass the cost savings to our clients for the rich applications.
Do I pay monthly or annually?: Since there is no contract, most clients pay on a monthly basis. However, clients can pay upfront for the whole year if they wish.
Is a specific scanner required?: No, DocuVault does not care what scanner was used to transform the document into an electronic file. Once the file is on our clients computer, it can be uploaded regardless of scanner used.

Why should I use DocuVault?: DocuVault allows you to remove any processes that are paper-dependent in your business. Once the documents are in our secure, digital platform, a fewer number of employees can complete a greater number of document-related tasks which will lower expenses and raise the quality of service.
Is my data secure?: Yes, security is always our number one concern. All of the data is transfered via secure (https) channels. We do data at rest encryption for all documents that are placed in our systems.
